We offer you a 7 days Peace of Mind Guarantee on all the products that you purchase from us. To qualify for this, the product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and geniune reason of  any visible defects for  refund. Make sure you have not used the product.

Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back. In-case of Gemstones, the product should be in the sealed condition. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it’s in original condition and then issue either a refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Total 10% Transaction charges are deducted and your money will be refunded in within 7 days of the receipt of the product.

You can mail us for your replacement or refund from your same order confirmation mail you have received from our end.


Please inform us within 24 hours if you receive the product damaged or broken. Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 24 hours, we will not be able to process store credits/refunds. If you inform us post 24 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for you. (as per the product warranty).

Please feel free to email/call or chat with us to inform and send the product back to us. Store Credits once issued will not be converted into online/cheque refunds.

Received Incorrect or Damaged goods:

In case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to contact our customer support +91 9216113388.
We will ask you to return the product to us and arrange a courier back.
